The typical way to set up headlight relays is to have a low beam relay and a high beam relay. BUT, if the switch still fails then you may not have any headlight at all. Wring the relays as below ensures that, even if the switch fails, you will at least have a low beam.
The upper 5 pin relay switches power from the low beam to the high beam when either high beam switch in engaged. The lower relay turns off the headlight when starting as usual.
Or, if your switch has already failed so that the low beam doesn't work but the high beam stills does work then you could install relays this way and not have to replace the left combo switch.
