The plan is to build a scrambler styled sidecar using an 84? K100RS I just picked up from Mark K boy and using the sidecar off my KLR 650. The KLR pulls it along ok, but just doesnt have the brakes for a sidecar. Its downright scary in traffic or steep down hills, and upgrading the brakes would be a costly exercise. Being an 84 model, the K100 can go on historic rego on the new 60 day scheme in NSW.

Sort of this;

Moved on to this;

This will take a while so be patient..

Disregard this topic. I've decided to leave the sidecar on the KLR. Basically it works pretty well, gets along at around 100kmh without too much trouble so why stuff around with it. I had to upgrade the brakes though.
