Sold my 85 BMW K100RT to another fellow on 9/24/16. One of the first things I did was to refer him to the Forum and several other web-sources that can help him enjoy it as much as I have. I'm moving on to a Standard 1984 Honda Goldwing (sort of my dream bike) since that is the bike that my wife will actually ride with me. Thanks to everybody who has been so gracious and helpful along the way. Other than maybe the TW200 Forum, this is the best forum on the Inter Webs.

See you guys along the road. I'll have a fond spot in my heart for the original K's. A pox on those who talk bad about them. It was a hard challenge to be the first, but the K's did it in fine style.

Best of luck. I understand where you're coming from with the Goldwing - Guzzis are my first love but the K is running them a very close second!
