I have been always admired the lines of the K100RS, so in January I bought a silver 1989 K100RS with just over 90,000km on the odometer. The bike was a little rough and had a few issues, however after investing about 1.5 times its initial purchase price I now have a reliable, tidy example that I have no intention of parting with. I have two other BMW motor cycles, a 1997 F650 Funduro & 2008 F650 GS twin, however because of its wonderfully flexible engine and comfort the K100 is my favourite.
I look forward to learning more about my Flying Brick from the combined membership of the forum and maybe meeting some of you down the road.
