Firstly, I feel only only 3/4 eligible as a k75s owner.

1988 vintage. This one is red with the lower seat and 17inch back wheel, no ABS.

My second K75 , first was K75C in classic light blue.

My friends call it a sewing machine or diahatsu charade. But it still a great machine for the South Island.

Cheers Fil

Welcome, don't pay any attention to your friends. Take them on a 500 mile ride, they won't make snide remarks about your brick afterwards.

About the forum, see my handle.

Welcome.
Some regard the 750cc models as among the best.... they certainly are among the smoothest.

thanks guys, that charade pic just made my day.

Het kiwik100, i yearn to be riding around wanaka.
This jafa agrees, god build the south island for motorcycles.

My first experience was on my k75c, came through the Haast pass when it was still a gravel road. Never forget it.

I want to do a spring ride through the central Otago, maybe next year.

Welcome to the forum.
Depending of our riding mood, a lot of us can be 3/4 or full member. Many members own both models (K75 and K100).
