As stated above.

crash pad - am after the BMW switches to activate manual fan.
These might be on a spare K1100 handle bar cover (where I got my last one)

I have some stuff to swap if needed.

Regards

Guy

Thanks Gaz

Was just on this site and filled out the necessary info.

However couldn't seem to specify payment details nor quantity (want a pallet of the little bastards!).

Will have another look tomorrow

Might also see if my school can 3D print them.

The syringe idea might work for a while.

Regards

Guy

Me too! I couldn't make sense on how to pay for it (even though he does accept PayPal). Didn't know about the "pallet of the little bastards".

If any here can help me/us, please do!"

I got my daughter to order for me from her home in France. They were there when I arrived in June, and she didn't make any noises about it being a difficult process. Inside EU is often easier than from outside, depending on item source and location.

Perhaps I can get her to do it again for a bulk order and post it on to me here.

Bill

I got a reply for Jose tonight - so communication seems good

And I quote:

"Hello good day.

If you want to pay with paypal there is no problem, my Paypal address is info@hardtoptire.com
Price for 1 button 8 euros, and postage 4.80 euros.
             2     "    16   "               "        4.80     "

             3     "    24   "               "        4,80     "

How many buttons do you want to buy?

Regards "

I have ordered three but can increase this if the Blakeys of the world need some.

I will send him another email and will do a bulk order

I'll give you all ... um... 1 week

I don't want this getting ugly ... or I'll melt them all down

Let me know

Guy

Just so you all know:

I asked if the metal pin is already in the button

Here is Jose's reply

"Not the metal insert you have to remove it from the original button,

Make a small perforation of diameter 2 mm. In the middle by the area that breaks the green button.

Push the metal shaft with a metal object, for example a metal shaft.

Insert the button with spring that I send, and give the vuleta to the set, now inserts the metal shaft, the very easy

Regards"

I have emailed Jose and told him I will check the final total and will contact him in a week. Currently looking at maybe 10.

If you are not interested leave a message here or PM me

Regards

Guy
