Hi Nino, do you need an electrical diagram to connect the relays or some suggestion of where to mount the relays?

What version is your K100? RT, RS or standard (naked)?

Cheers

If you're really just looking for somewhere to mount them, there's space next to the fusebox between it and the frame. A few people here have put the relays in that place.

I have k 100 RT. Headlight relay is for car with two H 4 connectors. Two relays hi/lo beam and two sockets. May I connect only one socket and isolate second not to cut relay whole set?
Relays position must be isolated from metal/ground, or not?
Thanks

By two sockets, I presume you mean 2 output tabs. As you say, use 1 and insulate the other.
The mount is always insulated from the connectors, so for electricity it doesn't matter where you mount them. Like Dai, I mounted mine on the outside of the relay box, 1 each side of the fuse block. It doesn't matter where they go, as long as the terminals aren't likely to be short circuited and the wires are easily routed.

Problem solved, thanks. I attached relays in RT fairing just between windscreen and headlight. I cut and isolate second H 4 output tab. It works very well with standard 55/60 w H 4 bulb

Good job Nino. It will save you a repair job later on your hi/lo switch in left side switch block.

Cheers
