Somebody buying some parts from me linked me to this site. I make no claims regarding this vendor or the quality of what they provide. Just posting for general interest.

I had one of their seats on my cb350g (73') before she was nicked.

The fit was perfect, but as stated on their pages you need to really weld a hoop on and create mounting points for a good fit.
If you want to mod the frame it's a good way to go, otherwise I'd go to a local upholstery place and see what they can do for you.
