I have an 85 K100RS that does not have an instrument cluster on it currently. I'm guessing that would make the cancel function inoperative right? It gets the distance signal from the odoemeter in the cluster?

Just curious as without a cluster, I also don't have turn signal indicators to remind me I left it on Wink

Yes, the flasher relay on all stock K bikes has auto turn signal cancel.

The signal to the flasher relay comes from the cluster via a blue/green wire. (You can disable this function by cutting that wire.)
