I've been trying for days to contact Works Performance Shocks to get a price on a shock for my K1100LT but no one answers phone or emails.  I can access their web site but that is it.   It sounds like they are out of business???    I also talked with HyperPro / EPM Performance and they have a nice shock which they will tailor for my, height,  weight and riding style for $529.  Only two week delivery.  I guess I will go with them.

Don't know anything about Works situation. But, I did just put a Realm Engineering RAM Shock and Gold Line fork springs on my K100RS. Adrian was a great guy to work with; very patient, knowledgeable and (most importantly for me) helpful. Believe I also received the K100-Forum discount.  cheers

I was curious so I Googled Works and Google says permanently closed.

Which is a bummer as I've used them for rebuilds several times with good results for a decent price.

That is not good news.  Or maybe it is.  I have a works shock that I was going to send to them for rebuild.  Guess it's a good thing I procrastinated or it could be locked up.

Anyone know a good rebuilder for for works shocks?

The owner passed on and his widow can't run the firm. There were numerous customers caught in the middle of this closure but Works did their best to return work orders that were not filled back their owners or at least return their money. It appears their closure is permanent.
