Yes, it is possible.  Read my blog on my K75 customization.  Also searching this site would have revealed many threads on this subject,

Humans have managed to put a man on the moon and get them back to earth, usually without killing them so putting K1200 forks on a K100 is possible and with nowhere near as much engineering expertise as sending those guys to the moon.
But, and there is always a but with a job like that you will need to cut the frame up and make quite a lot of the components from scratch as the front ends are not at all the same. I would suggest you have a look at the K1200RS front end and see how it works before you go any further.
If you do decide to do it please keep us up to date and have lots of pics as I would be very interested in the process.
Best of luck

I was more on the line of sliding the k1200 forks into the k100 triple tree just like if you where doing a k1100 swap.. if all that's holding it back is a different fork tube diameter $100 and a day at the machine shop will fix that. I'm basically looking for a easy way to swap k1200 forks, breaks, rotors and front wheel all im one bang without any parts for a k1100
