Hi,

One of the great K-bike resources on the Net appears to have recently disappeared, and I'm wondering if anyone had the foresight or luck to take copies of the content prior to its demise.

The resource I'm talking about is Dieter's K-tacho Kompendium. It used to be at k1100lt.de (see the link references on this page: https://gerhard-reger.de/index.php/technik/fb-kompendien ). Now all that comes up is the K1100lt.de homepage.

Hello Robmack!

Yes I know that page, I could ask him If I find Gerhards forums name at Flyingbrick.de, shouldn’t be a problem.

But you could ask him directly over his feedback page:
https://gerhard-reger.de/index.php/kontakt

Cheers

I posted a question about Dieter's K-Kompendium pages going missing and received a reply back from Gerhard Reger, the webmaster for the site, as to the solution to the problem.  To access Dieter's pages, use HTTPS (secure SSL link) instead of HTTP (non-secure).  So, the URL to access the pages will be https://www.k1100lt.de/files/flybrick/DKTK/index.htm

By the way, if you are not familiar with Deiter's pages, they are a gold mine of K-bike electrical information.  There are several pages available, all written in German.  The language is not a barrier with Google Translate and a little interpretation.  Here are some of the URLs:
