Tis all right, we see you. Welcome to the forum.

Good to see you along. Don't be afraid to ask questions, everyone is very helpful and willing to share information and knowledge.

When you get a chance may be an idea to pop up a new thread for your K and pop in year and the number in your signature as there are plenty of differences over their lifespan.

Some of us get to meet up too, that's another story but we do love to meet up for beer/stories/chat/banter etc.

I know you have some fellow forum members in Rochester too.

Welcome from just down the road in East Aurora.

What are you riding?  The inmates love motorbike pictures.

If you need any parts let me know, I'm trying to clean out my parts stash.

introduction  I'm in my seventys   allways had triumphs mostly ,this is my 1st bmw  but I have allways been impressed by them  , 1st bike was a 55 triumph T110 then a 57tr6  in the early 60s, didn't get another till 79 I bought a basket triumph rode it a while  and got a flattracker and raced  +40  class  on a triumph  in castle rock wa.   for a few years moved back home to Rochester ny ten years ago  and have been restoreing old triumphs , I ride them along  the lakeshore  breaking them in,  current rides are 56 6t,57 tr6,59 t120, 65 t120, 2x 66t120's a 66tt and a 71t100c,  I am looking forward to the k100 , I haven't rode any distance since 2007 when a guy T boned me on a new Harley I had  it smashed my ankle and I thought for a while I would give up rideing, theres lots a farm country around here to get me back into rideing  any distance . it will be strange riding a bike that someone else has put together ,, jim

Nothing says you can't take it all apart.  I've found that K-bikes are enjoyable beasts to wrench on(once the fairing is off).  Which model K100 do you have?
