The domain name kforum-tech.com has been registered and is online.
I just uploaded a page from one of my free hosting sites to test it.
The speed seems to be great and space will be illimited.
I will later see all the possibilities (document repository, web page for members,.....) It will take some time.
Just have a try and let me know if it's working for you.

Firefox 61 on Windows 7. Gimme a short while and I'll kick of a couple of VMs to check Edge and Windows 10.

[Edit] Edge on Windows 10 is okay.

A month ago, DBRMN sent me documents about a 1991 BMW K100LT ABS Cafe Racer Full Project.
I just tried to create a subdomain to test and uploaded his files.
This is not a web page, but a bunch of PDF files.
No security has been set on the subdomain and I am still the owner. (It will take some time to learn all the features). I will have to register people individually if they want to create a page about the Kbikes.
There are 2 goals about subdomains:
1) Having an area where members of the K100-forum can setup their own webpage
2) having a common space where we can share documents.

Just try DBRMN page
