Good evening.  My current ride is a BMW Sertao.  I've been riding just over a year and am looking forward to many riding, camping, pub, Australia and worldwide adventures into the future...both my own and those lived vicariously through others sharing!!! Lovely to meet you all.

Welkome aboard Amelia. I suspect that you may have met an inmate or two and heard of some of the gatherings/trips we have undertaken where the great kamaraderie of this group virtually guarantees a good time will be had.

Beware though that the K Pox is real and many who ride other bikes and get to know us fall victim to the purchase of a flying brick.

Though I was born in Goulburn, I more or less grew up in East Maitland and still have a soft spot for the place.
As Gaz says, beware the K pox. Oh never mind... a few weeks here and you'll end up owning one..enjoy!

As mentioned by Stuart , the local Loffee in Maitland is a very friendly gathering open to all riders .
There is a planned coffee meet up tomorrow ( 25th August) at the Maitland visitor centre, where your enthusiasm of the K bike will be most welcome .
Hopefully I can see my way clear to join you all there .
