Barn find....
Found this 1920 original painting when cleaning an attic. It will be put for auction next week. Starting bid is set at $5,000.

Is this a lost masterpiece by one of the old Masters that you have rediscovered? If so you could be sitting on a virtual fortune. Multiply the start price by 100 for the final price.

Regards an overwhelmed Martin.

You wanted to trow it in the garbage and sold it to me for a symbolic $.
Your lost, my gain.
Next time, do some research about the painter or the painting.

Painting appears to have a couple of problems as no:1 cylinder seems to have only one valve, and no spark plug... and motor only has half a timing chain...(hopefully they improved the motor since then)... ..secondly the purported artist by signature would appear to now be 98 years of age as it was supposedly signed in 1920 by an unknown artist named ( i just googled his/her name) ..Bertrand Vogel 1920.... Very Happy Other more knowledgeable folk may find other discrepancies..will Offer you $0.02 Canadian for it just so i can use it as a wall hanging oddity. ( Sorry you pay postage ) lol!

Feed the painting through a paper shredder and you may easily double its value.
