The gauge cluster has definitely been replaced. It's from a 16v model (100RS or 1100), the horizontal stripes on the lower half of the gauge faces are a give away.

An 85 could also have dual fuel lights (4L/7L) if it was earlier in the year.

Not easy to put a 16v cluster on an early 8v....
and it has the early rear cowl and handles in seat that went with the 4/7 l fuel warning lights.
Plus series 3 panniers.
Missing exhaust heat shield
Missing side stand rubber cap
Missing block caps off fork stanchions
Seems to be missing left tank badge.

No photos of right hand side.......

I'm curious, do the Irish motor vehicle authorities require verification such as log book info or other on mileage? That under 12K miles reading would be too good to be true given its age, and the obvious instrument cluster swap.

Don't know about down south, but up north here they have to go by the recorded mileage. When I MOT'd Brick2 the recorded mileage was greater than the cluster I'd fitted, which in turn had a higher mileage than the buggered one I took off! The tester commented on it and I told him why it was changed - quite sensibly looking for a ringer, I'd guess.

No test on bikes in Republic, so no record.
