I've fitted LFB with red bulbs in the instrument panel and I find it much more comfortable at night. I found LEDs were too bright generally, but I put LEDs in the 3L and 7L lights. Having said that, I did modify the circuit board to take a dimmer switch for just those two lights. Being smacked in the eye by the glare of a fuel warning light on a wet night is not conducive to good vision.

I have red, yellow, blue, green and white leds, white was too bright, and the bike is red, best choice Smile
Only the leds for the meters used, and a green led for the clock.
Looks better in real than on picture.

Hot diggity! That new headlight looks like it could melt a beech tree at a 100 metres. How's the light spread?

TWB; I don;t know yet on this bike, took it from my R1100RS, that one was good.
Soon have to adjust the light, took everything apart to polish the reflector, and painted the inside.
It's a XENON headlight.

Nice note; took the glass off this K, and another headlight glass, dishwasher, came out very good.
Then, I noticed, I was riding all time with an english (left) glass....the other is a right one, and we need that here Very Happy
Fixed it Very Happy

So far so good job done.
After a week in the shed, time to ride again.
Will make pictures in the sun as soon as the clouds have holiday here Smile

A mate of mine from Juneau, Alaska, where it rains often, a lot and regularly, calls those little smudges of blue that occasionally appear from out behind the white stuff, 'blue clouds'.
