So it's been awhile since I,'ve visited the site . Done a motor swap in the cafe as I actually killed a k1100 motor .almost thought it impossible but that motor has been flogged hard for about 15 yrs in various versions , pretty hard not to give it to it in its latest form its a buzz to ride . Almost sold it awhile back glad I didn't. Cheers

What was it that was it's eventual demise. My K1100 just got sicker and sicker and used more oil than fuel so it got put to pasture.

Started knocking and rattling,haven,t investigated as I had a good spare .
