Hi - New to this forum - Not so to the world in general :-) I'm running a pretty much stock Black 1993 K75S with a stack of bits to add - maybe this winter! Changes at the moment limited to a wider 3 spoke rear wheel with radial tyre. Recovered K1100 seat, K1100 topbox - Oh and a pair of hand guards
Planned - Matching front wheel with bigger discs and repositioned calipers
Maybe replacement blue spot calipers later
High output alternator
Cibie headlamp
Right hand exhaust
K100 diff
Junking the ABS

Later - 
Respray Martini stripes over Porsche silver 
Aftermarket ECU
Etc Etc

Its not all about me - but this bit is
Casual biker but repeat offender pretty much always had a bike since about age 14 (NSU Quickly)
Pretty much always been an engineer of some description (currently system safety) 
Pretty much always messed about with them - stock is just the starting point:-)
Other runner is a 1971 BSA A65 with a modern disc brake front end.
Almost half way to having all the tools I need.

If you want better brakes on the front then I recommend swapping in a complete K100RS4V, K1 or K1100 front end.  It's a lot of parts but in addition to better brakes you get much better forks.

I've done it to several K75s.

Something else that seems to work, but I'm not entirely sure why. Change the hydraulic lines so that you have two lines that run directly from the m/c to each caliper. I suspect that the ex-factory setup is form over function and can be a bitch to bleed cleanly.

HI from down under Steve,
I replaced all my lines with Stainless from motobins, made a noticeable difference, still 30 year old tech but liveable.
