Hi all. New member here from the great white north edmonton alberta Canada. I'm recently new to the cycle world and am between bikes right now. I hope to learn alot from you guys.

My favorite part is how massive the engine looks. Heavy and dominating but yet with classic lines.

WelKome Snidclothing!  You have set your sights on a great series of bike and now you will have to chose a specific model based on what is available to you.  I don't have hard statistical data to prove this but a lot of people enter the world of the Brick with an '85 K100RT.  I certainly did and consider myself quite fortunate to have done so.  A '92 K75 project bike has since joined the family.
