Hey everyone 

Finally joined and now have a chance to introduce myself. My name is Darryn, although I will generally answer to most names. I met a few guys on the forum through Dan - StandardK, and been on a couple of rides with members. Great bunch of likeminded lads with no sense of direction 😂 and who seem to enjoy a bit of friendly banter. 

I have had my K for less than a year. It started life as a 1987 K100LT that was sold new in Japan and then imported to Oz.

Hey Martin

Not sure I could live up to that job! Ill give it a crack though. I've still got my knife from the Rambo Ekka bag with the compass on the top. Still functional if you give it a light tap...  Very Happy

Sense of direction? 

Not blooming likely. 

One sunny evening about 5pm I went out to my K100LT, parked outside the garage, to just go put it in the garage.

Something extraordinary happened, it turned 11pm as I rode in the garage door and somehow it had gained 225 miles in that short distance. It hadn't actually been facing into the garage so some time warp directional issue kicked in I guess.

You came to the right place.
