Lol, yeah guys great minds think alike. Laughing Would luv to see a pic of your work Rob if you get a chance... I think some of our more frugal members are finally rubbing off on me. I was going to have it color matched, but than decided to just rattle can it black for now and maybe spend the money on the brake upgrade.

Ok, guys final update on the rear mudflap besides reporting back to see if it gets melted/blasted to bits under there. I ended up using some automotive door panel zerts to attach the panel as I'm using a full size battery and didn't want to have to pull it if service was necessary and the traditional fasteners would have required that. Anyway, less than two bucks all in and if anyone wants the template in PDF format just let me know and I'm happy to pass it along...

Fantastic job OG. This is a great improvement.

This part is really needed on the K bike. Please post the template.

Nice neat job OG. I did something similar with a piece cut from the side of a 5 liter black plastic oil can and 3 short gutter bolts. Not as pretty as yours, but there for the last 3 years and does the job.

I'm a funny old thing Chaz and don't really go in for the touch-up paint. I try to keep my machines clean and protected with Zaino's and a few other things, but prefer to let the marks of use just happen.

Had to post this...

Looks simple if you ignore those braking markers flying by and the wildly tilting horizon! Shocked

carefully watch the left thumb. What is the red button for? we didn't have something like that in my time... The engine seems to get an extra 50hp and 5,000rpm when you push it.
Does he has an automatic gear box? He doesn't seem to be clutching out.
Sorry boys, Giacomo Agostini,Mike Hailwood and Phil Read on the MV Agustas are things of the past. (World champions in the late 70`s). This was 4 strokes against 2 strokes. It still gives me shivering when I hear this.

I am getting old Very Happy

Just finished downloading the movie "The cheval de fer" or the iron horse in English.
This is a movie about the full 1974 motoGP season (Continental circus).
You notice that you are getting old when you remember these.... Sad
