Hi folks. I just got my first BMW (85 K100RS) and boy am I glad to have found this place! I love this bike and we've already been through quite a lot together. I've had it about a month and a half and I've put about 2000 miles on it already. I have also rebuilt about half of the wiring harness under the tank due to mouse damage and not managed to blow myself up in the process. I do as much of my own maint and repairs as possible so I'm sure this place will be a big help!
Thanks for being here!
Ed

Welcome Ed, yes this is a great site. There is something about the K bikes that get you in.

Feel free to ask your questions and I'm sure that you can help someone on here as well.

Welcome, Ed. Years ago a mob of us Beemer brethren would ride with abandon in early Autumn as the Fall colours glowed brilliant yellow, orange and red along Route 23 from the Mass border across 'Upstate' to the excellent Finger Lakes Rally further West. I'd guess we passed just North of the lovely burg of Margaretville, New York. Them's some sweet ridin' roads you've got round the Catskills and beyond.
