While down at the Araluen meet I noticed one k had a gear rack that bolted to the frame and supported the weight with-out using the tail section. Who's bike was this on? i would very much likes some pics of of this rack and how it fits please.

I don't know if the Reynolds rack fits the early K but there's that

Hi Alby I have a Ventura rack fitted to my bike, it bolts onto the same fittings as the panniers. I have found it excellent, just like having a light pillion.

Sorry to drag up old stuff
BUt does this mean the BMW rack stays in place and the Ventura rack bolts onto the same mounting points?

The BMW pannier racks stay and the Ventura back rack fits.
