Hi All,

My Name is Erwin.

I come from a town called "Almere" in The Netherlands (a.k.a. Holland)

I own a "86 K100RT (at least that is what is stated on the license)

Its most likely a former "government" bike (ex-police or ex MP (Marechaussee)

Its painted in a strange green color.

For me it’s a kind of restoration project ( as long as it doesn't interfere with riding Razz )

I'm a newbie to this forum, but I’m already overwhelmed with the kindness and knowledge of most members here,

especially the people who made a complete overhaul of their machines

The colour of my friends bike I think is 277 Piniengrün.........
but I`m far from shure about that.

It`s something in between green and blue.

Hello Inge.k

That's a good link,very usefull.
My problem is that the lower relay doesn't work.
The problem must be in the wiring or the socket.....

I've tested the relays by swapping them, so I know they are working fine...

When I've time I"ll take the fairing apart and go and messure the wirreing. bounce

New rider from The Netherlands 177912 Amster.

If that's an '86 it has sure been treated to some nice upgrades with the screen seat and later luggage. That will all add up to a very comfortable bike. Good luck with it.

Hello Amster and welcome,

That colour looks like 90's Triumph. They used it on their 1200 Trophy and 900 Tridents etc.

The problem must be in the wiring or the socket.....

Or the up/down switch, or the microswitch at the windscreen motor.

G'day Amster welcome to the team. that colour sure looks pretty, abit greener than morea green of the k75's of 1992 to 1994 maybe Inge is close with the pereigreen suggestion. but sweet anyway. Crazy Fog has a pretty green k as well

Hi Amster,
Good to have you with us and a nice looking bike, be prepared for strange wiring, ex official bikes often have wiring issues caused by the way they disconnect the official bits of kit before sale.
Regards,
K-BIKE
