Think it may be a storage for a small LP gas cylinder. Best to keep them in a well ventilated place than make the sidecar into a rocket launcher.

At first I thought it was something to do with his auxiliary fuel tank...but maybe it's just to hold his tucker and hair dryer. ?

I thought it might be a burley bucket. He already has the outboard petrol tank in there.
Maybe this guy is not afraid to line his canoe with foam and put a bung in it.

I like it but i agree it seems a bit steep in the price department.

Seeing what you can pick up a K for, is it very expensive to set up an outfit. I've never had anything to do with them.

It can be hideously expensive if you give it to "the man" to do the job.......

NSW is getting tighter on their regulations, the sidecar needs to be engineered certified and the whole outfit blueslipped and brake tested , treated the same as a car, should just buy a little car zip the lid off and remove one wheel, no leading link needed, cost a lot less.
