I was living on the isle of man when that was filmed and was at the race viewing from the tram lines on the mountain, looks like the opening shot of the clip. Was a fantastic day and weather great, other races stopped due to rain. Thanks for posting.

Ah yes, Ballaugh Bridge. I was sitting there during the lunch time display lap of vintage bikes one year. An old 350 Eytalian bike of some description came over the jump, or was it bridge, went wide and came a gutsa when he hit the gutter.

Gets up, dusts himself of and realised he had spilt the arse of his leathers. Does a bow to the crowd in the stand next to the pub much to their amusment. Big cheers went up thanking him for the show. Should have a photo tucked away somewhere.

Nice video! I've wanted to go to the TT since I was a teenager. Love the slow motion effect. Some of those shots show how the bikes are right on the edge of being out of control, or at least it looks that way. Thanks for sharing that one!

Wooah, those suspensions take a hell of a beating.

Took me a while to learn to throw the knee out when rounding tight curves and now I do it fairly instinctively. You see, the cops are always looking for you on the straight-aways, no problem, I'm having all my fun in the curves!

No speed limits when out of town... National speed limit means.. Brain out,helmet on,as fast as you can go

But take care... at every 30mph zone you'll find the old radar trap

Its great overtaking cop bikes at over 100mph.
Just have to remember to get it out of your system before you return to the mainland
