All I have to do now is decide on a color but whatever it is I will be happy knowing that there is nothing under the primer.  Except for paint, this is a NEW, 1986 K100RS.  Front to back, top to bottom, inside to out, engine, trans, swingarm, final drive, forks, all gaskets, seals, bearings, clutch, cam chain and slider, tensioner, etc.  If it could crack, dry out or wear out it was replaced with OEM. Everything was blasted and correctly refinished, sliders, frame, stands, engine covers, etc.  I am afraid to add up the parts invoices.  When I decide on a color I will strip the tank and I have a pair of brand new, primed mirror assemblies waiting.  I'm thinking metallic orange like that which came on the first Nissan 350Z.
