Do you know if the service bloke looked at the alternator "monkey nuts"? When they wear they create a lot of rattling.

This may very well be easily fixed. You say from the bell housing but where in there. My guess is the top and just in front of the alternator. The alternator is behind the small triangular cover on the right side in front of the frame tube that bolts to the engine.
The drive has 6 small rubber damper blocks that drive the alternator by 2 x 3 vanned pieces with a block in between each vane.   These rubber blocks wear out and then the noise starts.
You can get a better idea of where the noise is coming from by using a large screwdriver as a stethoscope and put the plastic end to your ear and the blade on various places.

Parts 2, 7 and 8 are the parts I refer to.
Have a listen at that point and others , you will probably hear the noise at its loudest there. If you wish to remove the plastic cover 2 x4mm socket head screws that are visible will remove it.

Had full service reports provides from central highlands motor cycles I think it's all rubbish. Looks like the box has been removed before there is silicone on bellhouseing. This I think is a case of come in spinner ride for one month to date. It seems to be more internal

I would be very wary about a dealer service they usually know zero about the bricks.
Do you think the noise is coming from the alternator area or more to the central clutch area.

If you want to have a go your self then we can talk you through it we have done it for others. all you need is the workshop space and tools. That way you will know that everything from engine back is really up to spec.
I hope I am not being too presumptuous but there are quite a few guys in that area that would be willing to visit you to sort the problems.
One other thing to look at is to check if the sump plate (not the oil filter cover) has been off by the telltale silicone.
It is unlikely but the 12 rivet shaft may have been robbed out before sale.

Take heaps of photos and get a heap of ziplock bags and a marker pen.
Any problems get back, I am spending a lot of time in front of the computer as I recover from back surgery.
There are 2 K1100 bottom ends around that I know of that you may be able to get parts from or the whole thing very cheap.
Both within 100km of you.

Rick might it be easier to remove the r/h cover to see if the crank is 6 or 12 rivot, and where is the silicone on the engine side or the gearbox side of the intermediate housing, perhaps if the non BMW technician motor mechanic had servised it or even replaced a rear seal perhaps that is why its covered in silicone. Certainly the gearbox comes off each time we would do a spline lube on the clutch but even a local mechanic might use silicone there if he dont know any better.

More than anything I am thinking the fiber washer behind the clutch basket has been left out because it was broken and fell out as the basket was removed and there was no sign of it needing to be replaced because it was gone.

no doubt the basket could have been rattled up tight rather than torqued up properly, so would it rattle on the splines to  the outputshaft????

Have a good look for air leaks in the air part. Sometimes they manifest themselves as a 'bonking noise'. This bike should not have a 6-rivet shaft. Or a possible leak in the exhaust...
