Hi all,

What do we think of this screen?

http://www.flowrideruk.co.uk/product/bmw-k100lt-flip-up-tall-screen/

Is it any good?  I'm wondering if the flip at the end actually does anything.

Mike

Trouble with screens is that it depends on your size/build. What works for one person doesn't always work for another.

There's really no option but to try one and see if it suits your use. Cheapest way is find someone with the same screen and see if you can try it.

I have just fitted an MRA-X-screen to my 100rt. Had to remove the small deflector then followed the mounting instructions---- simple. I have given it the test this last 2 weeks and can only say that when set  in the right position that it really does the job. Speeds up to 7000+revs, where able, no buffeting from any angle. Helmet noise I should say reduced by approx. 50%, now hearing engine noises not heard before. Have a look at the video on the web site of www Bike hps.com, it shows the full range of adjustment and at 6 foot tall it is more than adequate for me. Hope this is of help, Gordon  Very Happy

So I bought one of these screens on the promise that it was a flip.

It arrived...I opened it up and guess what..no flip.

It's exactly the same as the standard LT screen but 2 inches taller.

I've had a right moan at the company for mis selling but they are not interested.

I am going to keep and use it as it sort of works for me.

So if you want a really really tall screen then look for one of these.
