I have 2 K100 8 Valve engines which I bought for their engine casings, they are now surplus to requirements. I am in the North East of Scotland (Aberdeen) if anybody wants any parts from them (camshafts, timing chains etc) anything I won't be using you are more than welcome to have them for free.

just bits and pieces realy i would have to have a think shock for sure but thats probably something you would want to keep, i got some odd engine parts in the shed

Don't have a shock, but have speedo, original style footpegs (1985), forks (old), wheels, RS handlebars.

Riding my K1200RS most of the time, getting ready for a road trip in July to Croatia and back.

Well at least the weather is better for riding around now  will catch up with you again but for now i have to sign out ,nice chatting wi ya .

Is it a full instrument cluster or just a speedo, I'm looking for a gear indicator, if possible.

If it is the LCD display in the speedo you want?

Yes - my gear display LCD indicator has blacked out, looking for a  complete gear indicator unit or the whole instument cluster.

i believe you can still buy the gear display board and display as a new item ....try that on suzuki of or a kawasaki of similar vintage ....
might cost a bit

have you tried motorworks used parts site ?

When I last tried they didn't have any in stock, that is a used unit.
 Not the end of the world seems we're always looking for more gears on the K.
