From that pic I'd say you should double the price.

Corkboy raised an interesting point yesterday.

You appear to have a Corbin seat. Corkboy also has one and his good lady is not finding it comfortable. I happened to see one on a K75 and it was certainly hard and also, as Corkboy pointed out, pushed the pillion forward to an uncomfortable position because of the space required for the backrest. The scalloped part is quite deep.

I have a 'Comfort' seat on the LT and just wonder if a change of seat might solve this problem for you? Your K looks too good to part with and the asking price seems crazy low for the condition and spec.

Its worth a thought because I found the LT with the Comfort seat very comfortable and did a long trip with a friends son on it and he also found it very comfortable.

As Olaf said....

I recently bought a K1100LT, and it came with te Corbin touring seat (with the velcro'ed flaps to fit rider and passenger backrests).  After a few spins I asked my 5'10" wife how she found it.  Brilliant, except that she kept trying to sit back further  as her knees were too bent.  She remembers the K100RS as having a longer saddle.

So, as her comfort is the most important thing,  I rang the previous owner, who still has the original seat. I don't know if it is the BMW comfort seat or standard BMW seat.  I will be collecting it on the 8th.  If that is higher/further back then I will keep that. If it doesn't make her more comfortable, I will get a peg lowering kit. from here
 http://www.mv-motorrad.de/en/MV+Lowered+Adjustable+Passenger+Footrest+for+BMW+K100RS.htm

If that is all that is making you sell the bike, I'd suggest keeping it and trying a few of the options above.  I can certainly let you know how I get on.

If it's a -94 or later the comfort seat is fitted as standard.
