I took a K100 radiator to a shop for pressure testing.  I asked the gent who received the radiator what pressure is considered to be the "standard".  He said he thought it was around 60-80 psi. Shocked 
Is that true?  😕
That figure seems very high to me, but I know little about radiators.

Most caps will release pressure at 12-14psi so even doubling that only makes 28 psi. I certainly would not try my luck past 30psi.  I just looked up some pressure testers and most only go as far as 30psi max.
