I like the big stubbie holder on the back.

For all those who don't know what a stubbie is, it is a small bottle of beer sold in Australia.

These jokes remind me of the famous Rolls canhardly

Rolls down one side of the hill and canhardley make it up 'tother

That said the new VRods are pretty good but for the $42,000 asking price on them here in NZ they can keep them

I can get 10 K's for the same money and  . . . not have to worry about one being stolen "from my bedroom" and I don't have to sleep beside a shotgun, look over my shoulder every time I stop, fuel up every 110ks because I have a 'cool' looking peanut or teardrop gas tank and I get to be a "square" on a BMW.

How awesome are these k's

Yep . . they can have their "mobile air compressors"

In fact . .  as a bit of a sling off I went to our local BMW dealership the other day (which is also a dealership for KTM, Suzuki and other brands but NOT hardlys)

They had a Hardley sitting on the showroom floor and the first thing I said to the sales boy was "wow . . I did not know you guys have gone in to the scrap metal business" . . . Ex-Police K75RT 44271 Ex-Police K75RT 44271 Ex-Police K75RT 44271

Having said that, unfortunately the "scrap metal" does hold it's monetary value over time, a LOT more than Beema scrap metal :-(

That fact is about the only thing the brand "hardley" has going for it from what I can see

(and YES I have ridden some, no thanks, not my cup of tea)

H-D 1450 cc engines (88 ci) put out about 65 horsepower from the factory, wow. don't go getting killed will you

I borrowed my sons soft tail and could only ride 45 minutes before I had to get off and stretch. Doesn't go very well or stop very well or handle very well and it's uncomfortable.
But it looks good and he loves it.

Yep. Aesthetics is their # 1 selling point. That and noise

Amazing to think they have been marketing exhaust noise for nearly a century and then they went and created the electric version which was so quiet it was a total flop . .  until they added electric sound to make it sound like a harley

LMFAO

Hi Tiv,

My wife and I will be arriving in Reykjavik on 08/02 and leaving on 12/02, perhaps we could meet up?

We are booked in the Centerhotal Plaza.

Unfortunately we will not be on a bike, but are hoping to see the Aurora Borealis, and possibly a dip in the Blue Lagoon.
