It's a well known conversion and they make bags of horsepower too. I just sold a 16v head to a guy here in Stanthorpe who is putting it on a Morris minor.

We have a siezed and rusty K100 block on end with a two by four stuck in it and an Airhead rocker cover atop that, which makes a wonderful ashtray for the customers.

A guy in my local area has a K100 engine mounted in a 2 seater ultralight. Apparently K75s, K100s and R1200s are popular with ultralight kit builders
This is just a randon pic I found of a K75 in what's probably a single seater delta wing.
