G'day, chasing a set of roadworthy rotors for my 85 K100RS Kafe project in Victoria, Australia.

Unless you can find a bike thats being parted out, you're going to find that an expensive project. Personally I wouldn't install second hand discs unless they were 80% or more.

I bought MetalGear discs from Show 'n Go in Adelaide for a reasonable price (back middle of last year).
Options are to get your carriers refurbished (new discs installed) but they are probably only going to bolt the new discs on any way and you can do that yourself very easily. Cutting the old rivets off is simple and only took me about 15 mins. Plenty of posts on the forum about how to change your discs.

Shop around for the cheapest price.

I agree with KH. I have cast iron rotors bolted to the old stainless centres.
