Hi All

I have always been keen on R series bikes, but after some time trawling bike forums and talking to friends I think a K is the way.
I have a mate's parts bike in the shed (k75RT) and will break it down and hopefully find another one (or two..) K's to build a complete bike out of with some help from this forum.

I can definitely see K bikes multiplying in my shed like my land rovers...

Cheers
Tangus

Welkome Tangus, I'm just a bit further up the valley.
As Keith has mentioned we get together for a koffee and K chat every now & then. Keep an eye on the forum.
Don't hesitate to shout out for help as your project rolls on as there are a few of us in the Hunter.

Cheers

Excellent! good to have Knuts closeby in case I have issues.

I work an occasional Saturday shift at Autopro Maitland. I Have had a guy in a few times reuilding a K100 which i assume is one of you?

I'm looking forward to getting into these bikes, first mission is arrange the shed... Shocked

Welcome THiN.

Like ainsjac hinted, it can turn into an obsession and you may end up with more than one!

I think it was Steve. I got his number one time to give to another mate that had a few K's stored in my shed. (On here as rawdenball, he directed me to this forum)

Sounded like a nice cafe racer he was building.

welcome Tangus ,
the Hunter Krew are growing in numbers , we're trying to beat those Eccentrics you know.
should you be lost with the K's just holler and I'm sure the boys will be up there in a jiffy.
there's plenty of good help available here .
a few of the guys from around NSW are getting together for the BLUE BOXER RIDE on Sat 5th Sept , let us know of your plans.
cheers Ed.
