Hoping for some help,I have a 1985 K100RT that the Hazard light remains on all the time.
Is ther a switch or a reason why this happens, it is quite distracting. any help is appreciatied.

Hi Ken,
The hazard light icon in the instrument console serves as the brake light test. It should go out after you've applied both the front and back brakes, and the brake light is functioning correctly. Check you don't have a blown brake light bulb.

Most common cause in my experience, has been rear brake switch failing to close when pedal is operated. I usually replace it with the identical unit from the choke warning light system (though not the easiest to get access to)
