The PO of my bike did a botched-up job with the heated grips. I need to rewire them. Can anyone confirm that the diagram below is the true electrical wiring for the heated grips on a 1988 BMW K100RS? This diagram should reflect the components that attach to the Heated Grips connector on the popularly circulated K100 wiring diagrams; this includes the switch on the dashboard, the grip heaters and the interconnects under the tank.

BTW, where did you get that schematic diagram? I've never seen it before? Looks BMW original.

K-Bike has a library of original BMW drawings and sent it to me.
The CD contains electrical schematics for all kind of models and this is one of the few diagrams for the K100.
