My bike was running great, out for a nice ride, pulled over to check my map. Then when I tried to start it, it cranks over but no go. Fuel is dripping from the headers. Once I got it back home I find, good spark and plenty compression, but fuel runs out as soon as it's cranked over. I don't have time to get into it as I'm off to ride dirt in Nevada but thought that I'd put it out there to see if anyone has seen this before.

I'd say the coolant temp sensor has gone open circuit. Pull the plug on your FICU (under the seat) and measure the resistance between pin 10 and 13 counting from the lead end. Should be around 2,500 ohms on a cold engine (20oC) but I'm guessing you won't get a reading just a '1' on your DMM.

Hey, thanks you guys. I'm off to Nevada to ride dirt on my ATK  Sounds like I'll have to get into it when I get back.  I am not looking forward to it, but it's good to know there is all this expertise out there.
Thanks again.
