Hi, I have a loose connection from some wire coming out near the oil pressure connection (I think) - see pdf attached.
I've looked in the handbook however I can't seem to locate where it should be going or what it is.

If anyone could help that would be ace.

Thanks
Very Happy

The wire pictured in your PDF should be connected to the oil pressure switch. If you turn the ignition switch to On, the oil pressure indicator in the instrument cluster should be lit until the engine cranks and starts. If the wire is broken, the oil pressure indicator in the cluster won't light.

The oil pressure switch wire is a brown/green wire.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, is there any chance you could show me on the photo I sent where the loose cable is supposed to make connection. I see where the other two cables are going but I'm unclear on where this one is supposed to feed into.

Thanks so much,
Fil

Pull that rubber boot off of the oil switch. There's a female blade connector the slides over the end of the oil pressure switch. The old one is probably still there under the boot.
