I'm really excited to have the same model I had 30 years ago.  This one has a few more miles on it than my original. None the less, glad to be back.

No I think I'm gonna keep it as it was in 85, I loved it then, and I still do.  I'll admit it looks a little dated with the fairing but I like the look and that's all that's important, how I feel about it.

There are some here who will say that 85 was the best year but they all own 85s. Any year is a good year for a K

Welcome!   Like some of us old guys, these K bikes age pretty well as long as you don't let them sit too long.

30 years! Me too. Family, business, life.... they get in the road. Back in my late 20s my then wife and I literally sold everything we had to get into our first home. The 2 bikes I had at the time had to go. Considering what she also sacrificed at the time, I had no leg to stand on.

WelKome to the forum!

Sounds like the life of Reilly Rick. But then I wouldn't have a beautiful daughter for a buddy.
And I'll put in a plug for her website....  https://blackarrowlabel.com/
