Hello,
Sending a quick note of introduction. I live in the Central Coast area of California, USA. My first BMW was a 1985 K100RS that I bought used in 1986 and rode for about 12 years. Over the years, I've also owned a K100RT briefly, and a K1200RS for about 4 years--and 2 Harley Davidsons that I still own. I recently purchased another 85 K100RS in good working condition--also a 1991 K75 with a salvage title that I've been slowly getting back into some form of running condition. It's been fun getting back on a K100RS and working on the K75--as well as discussing things with other K-bike enthusiasts.

Regards,
Jeff

WelKome!

Paso Robles isn't on the coast. (58 is one of my favorite roads and I usually gas up at the Chevron in Paso Robles before heading to the coast.)

It's not on the coast? Really? Yeah---I find they call the whole San Luis Obispo County area the central coast. Yes--I moved up here specifically for the motorcycle riding. If you are going to the Chevron in Paso Robles--you may be buying the most expensive gas in the state.

I guess you've never gassed up at Ragged Point.  Paso Robles is like going to Costco compared to that. (Cambria and Big Sur aren't cheap either.)
