I think I know the answer to this but I thought I'd run it by the gurus....

Searching brought me several results - installing resistors/cutting trace on flasher relay/building new relay.

I bought one of those 12" LED strips that has tail, brake, and turn signal functions.  I wired it all up and the tail and brake work well but the turn signal when button pressed causes the yellow LED's to light up solid (not blinking, but side to side and cancel works properly) and the flasher relay screams/buzzes constantly until canceled.

Is this as simple as cutting the #7 trace on the flasher relay?  I tried to get the flasher relay out but the previous owner welded in a support brace across the frame directly above the two 8mm bolts holding it in.  I got one out and am working on the other.

Thanks!

Yes, it is the flasher relay causing your buzzing issues.

You could add load resistors but that's a ghetto way to do things.

You need to pull the flasher relay and cut pin 7:

The other good option is to replace it with a Kisan SignalMinder SM-6 that's made for K bikes.
