I am a kind of man that you don’t meet every day. I had a lot of different, almost diametrical opposite jobs. I was officer in Slovenian liberation war, after the war I worked with underprivileged children and drug addicts. I was ski instructor, swimming instructor and climbing instructor. I was a member of Slovenian mountain rescue team. You can not apply for that position. You can only be invited to join the team. I was white water rafting guide. At this point I don’t have active licence for any of this, this but I still participate in some events. I paid my study as journalist and photographer for one Slovenian ecological magazine (Gea). I have masters in wildlife ecology. I was working on some projects with Brown Bear in Slovenia and Italy, tagging them and monitoring them via GPS. At that time I had presentations on International Bear Management Conferences in Austria, Norway and Romania. I was working some time as cartographer. I am part time professor at University for Healthcare in Koper. I teach safety at work and fire prevention. My current yob is self employed fire prevention and safety at work consultant.
I did a lot of traveling across the world on various means of transportation. I was in Caribbean islands (Puerto Rico – American Virgin Islands – British Virgin Islands) with kayak, on Orinoco River in Venezuela with inflatable canoe, with hard shell canoe on Norwegian lakes, and Estonian river. In a distant past I travel most of the Europe and North Africa with bicycle, and later I start to repeat those travels with motorcycle.

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like life has been worth living for you. Owning a K will move you one step up the ladder and you should enjoy it even more.
