I had been looking to build another cafe racer and liked the idea of customising a K100.

Here are a few photos of when I got it and started to strip it down.

I am just about to purchase a 94 k75 as a café racer build. The only thing that scares me, is the replacement of the instrument cluster. I have read all sorts of horror stories. I found the BEP 3 solution. Is it really as easy as they say... This is the only thing from my going out on Tuesday to buy the bike...
