I just got a 88 K75 free. It was sitting in my son in laws shop for about 5 years. He asked if I wanted it and I said sure. This is the 3rd bmw I've had. I had an 84 R100RS (my favorite) and currently have a 64 R60/2.

I did get it to run . Had to put a new fuel pump in it. Was sitting on the sidestand for all that time. Was so bad I thought it had a huge oil leak! Sure smoked A LOT when I got it going. Got to ride her around the block a little, I was surprised how smooth it was. Needs a lot of love but so far it seems to be easy to work on.
