How can I adjust the angle of my front brake lever so that it tilts away from me be a few degrees?

Assuming it's a K75/K100, not a 4V bike: You can loosen this with a 4mm Allen wrench.  Be careful not to over-tighten it once you get the throttle perch angled where you want it as you can break the perch it if you he-man that bolt.
