The Givi E181 mounts in the same position as the factory rack holes.  It gives you a flat mounting surface that you can mount pretty much any generic or Givi top case plate to. I've been very happy using them on several Ks.

https://www.twistedthrottle.com/givi-topcase-rack-bmw-k75-k100-k100lt-k100rs-k100rt-k1100lt-k1100rs-90-97

It also does not jiggle around either.  The Reynolds racks, though metal, do shift from side to side slightly.

I want to mount the Givi #646 monokey side case carrier/racks on the K75s commuter

Great monokey rear rack!

From the Givi site for E180:
The E…series adapter plates are designed to mount in conjunction with, or by replacement of, existing luggage racks on select bike models (the plate design may vary subject to motorcycle model). This top case hardware kit is designed for MONOKEY series cases only.

Givi E180 w/ metal mounting monokey plate

Givi E181 w/ nylon mounting monokey plate

Looks like it's a Euro-centric part still sold by some vendors there. The USA wasn't on the shipping list of the one I viewed. Maybe somebody will punt one over to you.

Get a Wingrack 2 and make your own mountings. I did - see https://www.k100-forum.com/t15350-the-emperor-s-new-clothes. I used 14mm stainless tube with 1.5mm wall thickness. That's an original Wingrack on there but the Wingrack 2 mount points are the same. The main mounting point is the original z-bar top point, but you'll need to cut back the plastic mudguard to show the bracket to the outside world.

If unable to procure a 646F kit I shall consider a Wingrack.
